Services

Outfitter Marketing provides website design, website rebuilding (redesign) and website hosting. The scope, timeline and price of each design or rebuild project are set out in a written quote that you approve before work begins.

Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Outfitter Marketing never sees or stores your full card number. Design and rebuild projects are billed by invoice according to the approved quote. Hosting is billed on a recurring basis at the rate stated in your quote or invoice.

Refunds: design and rebuild projects

Any deposit paid to reserve a project is refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, and if you cancel mid-project you pay only for work completed to that point. Completed and delivered work is not refundable.

Hosting: cancellation and refunds

You may cancel hosting at any time by emailing aaron@outfittermarketing.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Hosting fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods. On request, I will provide a copy of your website files and content so you can move to another host.

Delivery

All services are delivered online. A website is delivered when it is published at your domain or provided to you as files, as described in your quote.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own your website's content and design. You keep ownership of your domain name at all times.
